Ruby Star Image, LLC is a color analysis and image branding consultancy founded by Naneth "Nanette" Allen. A certified 23-season Color Analyst trained under Karen Brunger at the International Image Institute, Naneth holds an ICF-accredited ACC Executive Coaching Certification and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organization Development from the University of Texas at Dallas. Leveraging 20 years of corporate experience designing award-winning programs for Fortune 100 companies, she now empowers individuals to elevate their personal brand and leadership presence.
CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUNDS- All color analysis services are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge that results are based on my professional training and experience in the 23-season system. Color analysis results from other analysts may vary depending on their training, experience and system used. Refunds are not issued due to differing results from other analysts. CARD ON FILE- entering card information is required to book online. Your card numbers are not visible to the business and are only able to be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation. CANCELLATIONS- please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations on short notice may result in a 20% cancellation fee. NO SHOW- no show appointments will result in a 30% no show fee. An appointment is considered a no-show and automatically charged 15 minutes after the start of the scheduled time. To rebook an appointment after a no-show, a non-refundable prepayment of 100% of the service price is required. LATE ARRIVAL- in respect for all client’s time, appointments are not extended. As much of your service will be completed in the remaining time, should you arrive late.
